Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be attached
• Underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

How to Return an Item

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order and click "Request Return"
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Drop off the parcel at the nearest postal point

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
• For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive the desired item as quickly as possible.
