International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Good to Know
- Orders placed before 2pm on business days are shipped the same day
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays)

Not happy with your purchase? No worries â we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Print the prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest postal point
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items.
